Julianna has been an extremely active member in our community. I always love seeing her pop up in the chat for our livestreams or share her experience in the comments. And recently, one of her comments blew me away.

She shared that she has lost 50 pounds and 11 inches while following the programs 🤯

“In the past I tried every diet you can think of — I even went as far as starving myself because I thought eating less was the answer… This was the first weight loss journey in my life where I didn’t struggle.”

So I reached out to Julianna to hear more about her incredible story… you’ve got to read this one!

Tell us about yourself!

Hi, I’m Julianna, a 29-year-old qualified chef from Germany. Since I was a little girl, I struggled with being overweight, emotional eating, and sugar cravings. At my highest weight, I reached 96 kg and had 110 cm of belly fat — and I was a size XL.

What was your goal?

My goal was finally to lose weight, but without a strict timeframe. I wanted to be a size S, feel good in my body, stop being ashamed, and get rid of my sugar cravings for good.

What were your wellness wins?

The biggest shift was that I wasn’t feeling hungry anymore while losing weight. I had stable energy, better sleep, my sugar cravings were gone — and my body could finally cope better with stress. My whole mood changed.

Were you hesitant before starting?

At first I was hesitant. But after binge-watching Autumn’s YouTube videos and learning about nutrition, something in my mind just clicked — and I knew I had to start.

Did you have any struggles? If so, how did you overcome them?

This was the first weight loss journey in my life where I didn’t struggle. Once I focused on balance and real food, everything felt natural and sustainable.

What are some of your favorite meals?

My favorite meals are protein smoothies — still my absolute go-to breakfast.

What do you wish you could tell yourself at the start of your journey?

What I’d tell my past self: give your body a break from dieting. It’s not about eating less or doing everything perfectly.

Any major tips for someone starting their journey?

My biggest tip: calculate your protein, do the carb sensitivity test, and just start. Trust the process, enjoy it — and don’t overcomplicate things
