Smoothies are one of my favorite ways to break a fast. It’s a quick, easy option to bring with you on the go in order to get the protein, fat and fiber needed to keep you satiated and burn fat as fuel. Smoothies are particularly perfect if you’re in meetings or the car all day and don’t have time for a sit-down meal.

Vanilla Chai Collagen Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep Time 5 minutes
Warming spices, creamy greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and unflavored collagen powder.

Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
