Sunrise Surprise Protein Smoothie

Citrusy lemon, tropical pineapple and creamy greek yogurt.

Ingredients
 

Smoothie

  • 10 ounces unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, not a can
  • 1 cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 lemon juiced (I used a meyer lemon)
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • pinch of salt

Optional Topping

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except for the coconut flakes, in a blender until smooth. Optional to top with 3 Tbsp. unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
