Strawberry Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Serves: 1 smoothie
Prep Time 5 minutes
Creamy, protein-packed and lightly sweet. This healthy smoothie tastes like strawberry shortcake ice cream bars!

Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

If you are active or require more food, increase the hemp seeds to two tablespoons.
