No-Bake Grain-Free Granola

Crunchy nuts, seeds and coconut flakes tossed with warming spices.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds or cashews
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.

Notes

Try this over greek yogurt, protein chia pudding or your favorite protein smoothie bowl.
