Keto Chai Latte

Hot black tea, warming chai spices and healthy fats.

Ingredients
 

  • 12 ounces brewed black or chai tea
  • 1/2 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Carefully combine all ingredients in a blender. Start off by blending on low so that the tea doesn’t splash out. Then slowly bring it up to high to get the amazing, keto chia latte froth of your dreams!
