Hydrating Grapefruit "Mojito" Electrolyte Drink

Prep Time 5 minutes
Hydrating, refreshing and beautiful. This is great served as a mocktail, too!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 stick LMNT Grapefruit Salt
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 32 ounces sparkling water
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except for the ice to a large pitcher. Using a spoon, give the ingredients a stir until everything is evenly combined.
  • When ready to drink, add ice to a glass and pour the Grapefruit "Mojito" Electrolyte Drink base into the glass.

Notes

This recipe can serve one person or it can be shared with multiple people. I personally use at least one stick of LMNT per day to ensure I'm hitting my electrolyte needs. If splitting this recipe with multiple people, make sure to get any additional electrolytes you may need throughout the day.
