Healthy Whipped Cream

Light and fluffy. Zero sugar, but still naturally sweet.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using a hand held mixer until stiff peaks form. This should take around 3-5 minutes.
  • Use immediately. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
