Healthy Iced Chai Latte

Prep Time 5 minutes
Warming chai spices, brewed black tea and heavy cream, all over ice.

Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces brewed chai or black tea cooled
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 5-10 seconds, or until cocktail shaker feels cool to the touch.
  • Fill another glass with ice and serve your iced chai tea latte.

Notes

If you aren't sensitive to stevia/monk fruit, you can experiment with adding a dash into your Iced Chai Latte. But keep in mind, some people DO have an insulin response to calorie-free sweeteners and this might not be in line with your wellness goals.
