Healthy Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Prep Time 5 minutes
High protein edible cookie dough with zero added sugar.

Ingredients
 

  • 4 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup zero sugar dark chocolate chips I like the brand Lily's

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the first four ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and serve!

Notes

You can also just stir the ingredients together, although it will come out a little less smooth.
