Made with oat flour, bananas, chocolate chips, honey and eggs, these gluten-free banana chocolate chip muffins are a great healthier snack.

coconut oil

vanilla extract

oat flour

baking soda

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Combine the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) and whisk to combine.
Add the wet and dry ingredients together and stir to combine. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Grease a muffin tin or use parchment paper liners. Add batter and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Store muffins in a glass container in the fridge (once cooled) for up to 5 days.
