Coconut Vanilla Latte Protein Smoothie

Caffeine buzz plus the perks of protein!

Ingredients
 

  • 5 ounces brewed coffee cooled
  • 5 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Optional to top with 1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs or 2-3 Tbsp. toasted coconut flakes (unsweetened).

Notes

If you're on the more carbohydrate sensitive side, you can swap the banana for 1/4-1/2 cup frozen coconut.
