Citrus Green Protein Smoothie

Refreshing and satisfying with fresh ginger and lemon to brighten it up!

Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces water
  • 3/4 cup whole milk skyr
  • 1 scoop Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with bee pollen.
