Autumn's Chocolate Protein Powder

almond flour
▢

tablespoons
cocoa powder

tablespoons
chocolate chips
▢

teaspoons
apple cider vinegar
▢

teaspoons
vanilla extract
▢

baking soda

salt
Toppings (per serving - optional)

fresh raspberries or strawberries
▢

tablespoon
almond butter or peanut butter

greek yogurt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add all ingredients (except for the toppings) to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Pour into a greased 8x8 inch sized baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set and a knife poked through the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 4 pancake bars.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Optional to serve with 2-3 recommended toppings.
