Blueberry Mint Probiotic Smoothie

Refreshing, satisfying and loaded with gut healthy ingredients.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons coconut butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

If plant-based, you'll need to use 1.5 servings of a protein powder to account for the lost protein from the dairy kefir ingredient.
