Blueberry Cottage Cheese Toast

Warming, satisfying and high in protein with only 3 ingredients.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 slices paleo bread
  • 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Add the berries to a pan over medium heat. Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until slightly juicy.
  • Pop the paleo bread into a toaster and toast to desired doneness.
  • Top toast with cottage cheese and sautéed blueberries.
