Anti-Inflammatory Golden Milk Smoothie

Kefir, warming spices, chia seeds and protein powder make this a super satisfying and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened kefir
  • 6 ounces water
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 brazil nut
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
