Introducing: The 10-30-30 Program
You might notice this year’s program looks a little different.
And that’s because we’re stripping it down to the simple basics that really move the needle.
During the Summer, our healthy habits tend to lose traction. Between travel, holidays, vacations, and reduced routine, it’s easy to fall off track. With my clients, I’ve noticed that Summer can be the hardest because we just don’t have the ability or mental headspace to fully commit to every single wellness habit we need to feel our best. So we just sort of let all of them go.
This happened to me late last year.
When I was in the thick of having zero routine after having my second baby (hi, Jack!), I couldn’t overcomplicate things. I didn’t have the bandwidth (or ability) to do everything “perfect”: I wasn’t sleeping 8 hours, I couldn’t go to the gym four days a week, and I was so hungry ALL. THE. TIME. So I needed to lean more into the simple basics that yielded me the best results… and that was actually doable, even when living off 3 hours of sleep.
That’s how the 10-30-30 Program was born.

The Solution: Simple “Rules” + Tasty Meals
These numbers represent the 3 Easy Rules we will be following together for the next 6 weeks.
