This healthy whipped cream recipe only uses two ingredients and has zero sugar – while still tasting sweet and creamy!

How To Make This Recipe

Add both ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

Mix with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Storing

You can store leftover whipped cream covered in the fridge for a few days. However, the longer it sits, the more it separates and becomes less fluffy.

Healthy Whipped Cream

Prep Time 5 minutes
Light and fluffy. Zero sugar, but still naturally sweet.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using a hand held mixer until stiff peaks form. This should take around 3-5 minutes.
  • Use immediately. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
