Many things over the years: Weight Watchers, horrible diets from the 90s, Whole30 and counting Macros.
What were your main wellness goals with the Intermittent Fasting Challenge?
Less sugar, lose weight, fit in pants, and no alcohol!
Did you have any hesitations before joining the Challenge?
I’m always hesitant with something new and I also tend to get impatient when I don’t see immediate results. I actually started IF right after Thanksgiving, but didn’t see results until after I completed the 7 Day Detox…so I am so glad I found you!
What wellness goals did you achieve during the Intermittent Fasting Challenge?
I noticed a huge increase in my energy and endurance! Succeeded in no snacking (especially at night), minimal sugar, losing 5 lbs. AND I maintained my SMM (skeletal muscle mass) while reducing my PBF (percent body fat)!
What has been your favorite recipe from the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?
It’s so simple, but the Detox Soup was my favorite. Simple to make and so comforting. Especially during the cold winter!
Is there anything else you want to share with us?
I’m no longer “tracking” my food. I eat clean and healthy and eat until I’m full. I’ve always been reluctant to do this because I’ve tracked in some manner for 20 years and it’s time consuming and stressful. This program allows me the freedom to enjoy food again and reach my goals at the same time!
