Fresh, simple and healthy sparkling water and watermelon mocktail to sip on all day and night!

I first started drinking sparkling water when I studied abroad in Italy over 10 years ago and it’s been a nightly staple ever since.

Sparkling water is an excellent alternative to sugary sodas. It helps to keep you hydrated while making your usual water much more exciting.

I could have plain sparkling water every day for the rest of my life and not get sick of it. But when it’s time to have people over for dinner or if I’m feeling like getting a little fancy, I like to make some refreshing sparkling water mocktails instead.

Today I’m sharing my current favorite sparkling water mocktail that’s excellent for hot summer days and nights.

This is the perfect non-alcoholic drink to bring to pool or beach parties during the summer. You can keep it alcohol-free or your friends/family can add a shot of tequila or gin to their own glass if preferred.
