Hello,
I have been intermittent fasting 19/5 for six months.
I also have been on a low carb/ high fat/moderate protein program for 8 years.
I love this and am feeling great. Not loosing any weight. I am insulin sensitive, but control by low carb food.
I just don’t know what to eat during my window.
