On Monday, March 21st we're kicking off the Spring Intermittent Fasting Challenge!

This Challenge, we're focused on spring cleaning (the GI tract 😉) ~We'll be prioritizing Intermittent Fasting strategies to heal the gut and tap into fat burning mechanisms. We'll also be incorporating delicious recipes and meals to support the same goals.

In order to help you prepare, I've created a checklist to ensure your success:


1. Grab your Programs

This Challenge, you have two options for how to participate ~ beginner or intermediate.


If this is your first Challenge with us, you'll be using the 7 Day Detox for the first week, followed by the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program for the last 3 weeks of the Challenge.


If this isn't your first Challenge with us, you can opt for the 4 Week Level Up Guide to take your results to the next level.

2. Prep + Read!

This step is crucial for your success! The Programs are packed with the tips, strategies, meals and tools to help you tap into fat burning mechanisms and feel GOOD again 🤓


3. Join the AEN Facebook Group

This is an excellent way to keep you accountable and share your journey throughout the Challenge with thousands of other AENpeeps. Head over HERE and say hello!


4. Set a Goal

This doesn't have to be weight loss, but make it something measurable. Even if it's "stick to the Intermittent Fasting program throughout the 4 weeks of the Challenge" then that's a great goal! Setting a goal, particularly something you can measure, helps to keep you on track during the Challenge.


5. Join Me LIVE On YouTube Each Week Of The Challenge!

I'll be going LIVE on YouTube every Monday of the Spring Intermittent Fasting Challenge to share with you additional Intermittent Fasting tips, strategies AND some Live Q+A! Make sure you're subscribed to my channel HERE with notifications turned on so you don't miss out! The first YouTube live will be held on Monday, March 21st at 9am PST.
