On Monday, January 4th, we're starting the New Year Intermittent Fasting Challenge TOGETHER! If you haven't already joined the Challenge, you can grab the deets on how to get started HERE.

In order to help you prepare, I've created a checklist to ensure your success:

1. Grab Your Intermittent Fasting Meal Plan.

Whether you're starting with the beginner route or moving on to the intermediate option, it's extremely important you grab your Programs and read through the material. Simply following the meal plan will only take you so far. Understanding the WHY behind the strategies will be the key to achieving long lasting results.

4. Set a Goal

This doesn't have to be weight loss, but make it something measurable. Even if it's "stick to the protocols throughout the entire 4 weeks of the challenge", then that's a great goal! Setting a goal, particularly something you can measure, helps to keep you on track during the Challenge. For example, one of my goals is to get at least 10,000 steps in per day.

5. Join Me LIVE On YouTube Each Week Of The Challenge!

As a HUGE added bonus, this year I'll be going LIVE on YouTube each week of the New Year Intermittent Fasting Challenge to share with you additional Intermittent Fasting tips, strategies and recipes AND some Live Q+A! Okay, so I have purchased the entire program. I have struggled with weight loss for YEARS! Looking back I thought I was "fat" in high school.. HAHA.. I wish I could get back to that size today! I have decided 2021 will be MY year of health! I am starting this challenge today for ME! I am excited and I hope that I can keep the motivation needed to get healthy this year! Thank you Autumn for all your educational videos that you share with the world. I watched them all of 2020 and will implement them in 2021!
