Today I'm sharing my super simple Iced Keto Coffee recipe that you can use throughout the Summer Intermittent Fasting Challenge!!
Iced Keto Coffee
Serves 1
Ingredients:
12-16 oz. cold mold-free coffee (I only use Purity Coffee. Get 10% off all your orders with my code "autumn" at checkout!)
1 Tbsp. grass-fed heavy whipping cream OR coconut cream if making it vegan (NOT coconut butter!!)
Lots of ice!
1. Fill your glass with ice. And I mean really fill it. We're making ICED coffee here, right?!
2. Add your coffee and heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream) and stir! Enjoy while preferably outside and absorbing negative ions.
