The 2019 Intermittent Fasting Detox Deets are HERE!!!!

We are ALL starting the Detox together on Monday, January 7th, 2019 for the Intermittent Fasting Detox! This is a 7 day detox to help your liver clean itself up and get rid of the sugar, alcohol and toxins that we've built up throughout the holidays. This Detox is ESSENTIAL before jumping into The 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program, especially after the holidays. Think of it as a pre-req. You'll also learn all of the science-y deets behind why detoxing is so important to your Intermittent Fasting journey.
