I first started drinking sparkling water when I studied abroad in Italy over 10 years ago and it's been a nightly staple ever since.
Sparkling water is an excellent alternative to sugary sodas. It helps to keep you hydrated while making your usual water much more exciting.

Today I'm sharing my current favorite sparkling water mocktail that's excellent for hot summer days and nights.
