The Classic Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk or nut milk

  • 1/2 serving Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1-2 Tbsp. peanut butter

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Optional to top with 1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs or 2-3 Tbsp. toasted coconut flakes (unsweetened).

*As is, this smoothie has around 20 grams of complete protein. If you have higher protein needs, you can add another 1/2 serving of Autumn's Protein Powder for a total of 30 grams of complete protein in your smoothie.
