Tell us about yourself!
I am 5’3 65 years old soon to be 66 in a couple of months. I have struggle with weight since my hysterectomy at age 40.
The last ten years I have struggled with food allergies to dairy and gluten. This lead up to struggling to eat and lose weight.
Doctors had no idea on how to help, other than to offer medications, and exercise. The one constant was bloating and no explanation.
A family member recommended Autumn Nutrition. After reading Autumn’s blog I was motivated and convinced.
I started August 5th 2024 on detox followed by Intermittent Fasting, and by the mid of September, I was down 12 lbs.
This was a first in many years.
By November ( Thanksgiving) I had reach my goal from 148lbs to 125lbs. I have not weighed this since I was 32 years olds.
Since Christmas I had only gained 5lbs back and I am starting IF again and onto level up. My new goal is set for Easter 115lbs.
I am so happy and inspired I share my story with friends, family and especially my health providers, who in turn share with their clients.

What's the biggest wellness win you experienced?
No bloating and pain.
I expected to be agitated with giving up certain foods, however my whole family was amazed at my mood and spirits!
What was your favorite meal from the Program?
Pumpkin Chill. Still is!
Is there anything else you would like to share?
This is the best life style change I have ever committed to. I am very happy and satiated after meals. I love feeling at peace and not controlled by what I do or do not eat.
