Tell us about yourself!

I’m a 50 year old woman that is going through menopause due to hysterectomy and also hypothyroid and Hashimoto’s so I had gained lots of weight. Through your program I’m now finding how to eat properly and also how to not to over exercise, putting myself into adrenal fatigue.
