If you're new to Intermittent Fasting, the first place to start is determining what your Intermittent Fasting schedule should be. Will a 20 hour fast with a 4 hour eating window work best for you? Maybe a 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window sounds more do-able. Or perhaps the 12:12 approach fits your social life better.

Today, I'm sharing a 3 minute Intermittent Fasting quiz to help you better understand which Intermittent Schedule will be best for you and your goals!

Hi, did get the fasting stuff and going through the detox but have questions 1. Can’t eat seed is it ok just to leave out or do I need to replace. I’m going for healthy. Went through chemo, radiation for a brain tumor and trying to get back to healthy. Any more advice.

Hi! We recommend swapping out any seeds for an equivalent fat source, such as nuts, coconut, avocado or olives. You can also email us at info@autumnellenutrition.com :)

Hello :) I have a few questions. What if you only fast monday through friday and not on the weekends? Or does it have to be 7 days a week? Also, I put collagen in my coffee and begin drinking it when I break my fast with a high protein breakfast, but it's really hard for me to finsih my coffe during that time and it normally takes me a couple of hours. Does this mess with my insulin not being able to drop back down inbetween meals during my eating window? Thank you very much! Your videos help me so much!

hi. I'm a 49yo female. with 30lbs to burn off of my 5'8 frame. I'm an inner city H.S. special educator. Due to my hectic schedule, I normally don't eat anything until 5pm. i was intermittent fasting wo knowing it but i have not lost any weight at all. Rolling fast seems like the only thing that works with moving the scale. What am i doing wrong here? is this the right route to continue on? thanks

Hi! Intermittent Fasting is a great tool, but what you eat during the eating window is equally important. I have a video you can check out with the details here:

Hi, I am new to intermittent fasting. Before I buy the bundle I would like to say I am a ER nurse who works night shifts. I do 16 and 12 hour shifts. I was curious what your recommendation would be since Autumn talks about being consistent in your routine. I work 5 night shifts in a 2 week block.

Personally, I have found that 18 hour fasting is perfect for me. My only form of exercise is walking 10-15k steps per day. To those commenting saying they are struggling with hunger, strongly consider a high quality probiotic. It's been shown that good gut bacteria helps with cravings, and even absorbs fewer calories from food. Seriously, intermittent fasting combined with a high quality probiotic is a weight loss hack. Just make sure the probiotic contains the research-backed strains. (Lactobacillus & Bifidobacterium) You can find an excellent one by LeanBiome here Realistically, when hunger isn't a problem, you're more likely to keep the weight off for good.
