Minty Matcha Detox Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (check out my homemade coconut milk HERE)
1 cup greek yogurt OR 1 serving unsweetened protein powder + 3/4-1 cup unsweetened plant-based yogurt
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 tsp. organic matcha powder
1 Tbsp. coconut butter
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 frozen banana
Pinch of sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Optional to top with 2-3 Tbsp. of unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
