Key Ingredients:

Autumn's Pasture-Raised Vanilla Protein Powder

Each of our protein powders were specifically designed to taste amazing in recipes while also providing the highest quality whey protein isolate.

Whey protein isolate is the lowest lactose form of whey, making it the best whey protein option for those who are lactose intolerant. In fact, many people who previously thought that whey protein didn't work for them have found that our 100% whey protein isolate doesn't give them any issues because it's low in lactose.

Kefir

Kefir is loaded with a variety of different bacteria strains that could potentially help with improving gut health. In fact, it tends to contain more bacteria than other popular probiotic-rich foods like yogurt!

In addition to it's probiotic potential, it's also high in calcium, phosphorous and vitamin B12.

Make sure to choose an unsweetened kefir, as a lot of flavored kefirs can have a fairly high sugar content.

Chia seeds

These little seeds are very rich in fiber, which is needed to feed your good gut bacteria. Eating foods rich in dietary fiber have been found to increase beneficial gut bacteria such as Bifidobacterium. Higher levels of this gut bacteria have been noted by researchers to improve gut health, immune function and even mood. In fact, this type of bacteria is so important that it's typically one of the first bacteria to form in a new baby's GI tract.

Coconut butter

Not coconut oil! Coconut butter is a tad different. Instead of isolating out the pure fat, coconut butter is made by blending the coconut meat. This leaves behind a bit of protein, micronutrients and even some fiber, which is important for feeding good gut bacteria.

Coconut fat is also rich in medium chain triglycerides (MCT) which has been found in numerous studies to help boost satiety and lead to naturally eating less later in the day, making achieving a weight loss goal a lot easier and more sustainable.
