Coffee + 1 Tbsp. Grass-fed Half and Half
When I'm at a coffee shop while traveling and I haven't properly prepped Keto Coffee ingredients, this is usually my go-to. If you're using this at your house and you have control over the half and half you use, make sure to opt for grass-fed. Otherwise, if it's the occasional trip to a coffee shop and you're using what's available (i.e. likely not grass-fed), that's fine as well. It's not possible to control EVERY situation but you can at least make the best choice available to you!
Organic Tea + Grass-fed Butter + Coconut Oil
If you're a fan of tea and you LOVE the froth of Keto Coffee, but not the COFFEE itself, this is a great option! Simply take 10-12 oz. of your favorite brewed tea and blend in up to 1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter and 1 Tbsp. unrefined coconut oil. If you find that you like a little less fat, that's completely fine! Tailor this to your needs and what you prefer. Just make sure to blend this all rather than stirring it in. Stirring the fats in will leave your tea oily and not very appetizing. Blending helps to emulsify the fats and create the much loved froth!
Iced Keto Coffee
Iced coffee is how I first started to LOVE coffee. I received my undergrad in Arizona (where it gets freaking HOT) and up until this point, I didn't really like coffee. But there's something so refreshing about iced coffee that I started to implement it into my daily routine to help cool me down while walking to class. Unsweetened Plain Organic Tea
You don't need to add the fats to make this drink fasting approved! Black, green, herbal... whichever you prefer! Just make sure to not add any sweetener as this will cause an insulin response and break your fast.
Coffee + 1 Tbsp. Grass-fed Heavy Whipping Cream
Remember, carbohydrates and protein can produce an insulin response, so we want to ensure that we keep these to under 1g each. Grass-fed heavy whipping cream is a great option to use if you're looking for something fast and easy but you want your coffee to be a little more rich than half and half. Just keep it to 1 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream. Any more than this and we start to enter the 1g+ amount for protein and carbs.
Black Coffee

Keto Chai Tea Latte

Serves 1 Ingredients: 10-16 oz. brewed organic black tea .5-1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter (remove to make vegan or use raw cacao butter) .5-1 Tbsp. unrefined coconut oil 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp. ground cloves pinch of sea salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for at least 30 seconds on medium/high until frothy.
