Hello! My name is Megan! I am 32 years old, wife and mother! I have been battling PCOS since I was 13 years old. Last November I was rushed into an emergency surgery due to an extreme torsion on my left ovary. It had to be removed immediately. PCOS has caused hormone imbalance making me lack confidence and control in my own body until NOW!
What was your main wellness goal?
I really wanted to balance my hormones, feel amazing, have more energy, rid inflammation, and lose some weight!

What’s the biggest wellness win you’ve experienced?
I have lost 7lbs in only 1 month! Lost 2 inches on both my hips and waist. 26.6% starting body fat and now I am at 25.2% body fat! BMI was 24.1 and now it is 23.2! 90.2 Muscle mass!

I could eat the Chia Brekky Bowl all day EVERYDAY!
