Storing and Meal Prep
Blend this smoothie the night before and store in a sealed glass container in the fridge. When you’re ready to drink it, just give the smoothie a quick shake!

Vanilla Pineapple Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 10 ounces unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, not a can
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
