Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with cacao nibs

Silky sweet and creamy goodness!
Can I use regular dairy milk (or a high protein milk like Fairlife nonfat) in any of these smoothies? Not a fan of almond milk – taste-wise, plus it seems like a waste protein-wise, to me! I’d rather just use water instead of almond milk.
If you aren’t lactose intolerant, then yes you can use milk!
