Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep Time 5 minutes
This super refreshing berry protein smoothie uses greek yogurt, protein powder, almond butter, blueberries and cacao nibs.

Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with cacao nibs

  2. Can I use regular dairy milk (or a high protein milk like Fairlife nonfat) in any of these smoothies? Not a fan of almond milk – taste-wise, plus it seems like a waste protein-wise, to me! I’d rather just use water instead of almond milk.

      If you aren’t lactose intolerant, then yes you can use milk!
