These easy breakfast recipes feature 30 or more grams of protein and at least 10 grams of fiber, for a tasty and filling start to your day.
Starting your day with high protein and fiber is one of the most science-backed tools to support a weight loss or wellness goal. Each helps to make you feel fuller longer, prevent snacking, promote sustainable weight loss, and maintain steady energy.
The real problem is finding enough of either in breakfast foods to feel and see the effects.
That’s why today I’m sharing 9 super simple and absolutely delish high-protein and high-fiber breakfast recipes. Each recipe has at least 30 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber to shut off hunger, prevent cravings, and naturally help you tap into fat burning mechanisms.

Warm Blueberry Cottage Cheese Bowl
By warming frozen blueberries for a few minutes and stirring in chia seeds, you create a naturally zero added sugar jam that’s also loaded with fiber. Top it on some cottage cheese and throw on crunchy toasted coconut flakes and you have a filling, drool-worthy breakfast ready in minutes.

High Protein Overnight Oats
Outside of this recipe having over 45 grams of protein and 14 grams of fiber (wow), the best part about it is just how easy it is to throw together. You can whip up an entire weeks worth of breakfast in less than 10 minutes. And it’s shockingly filling.

Pumpkin Spice Low Carb Oatmeal
If you love oatmeal, but the carbs don’t necessarily love you back, then I have the best swap for you. This low carb warm oatmeal uses extremely high fiber ingredients like flax seeds and chia seeds instead of oatmeal — and the end result is a meal that truly feels like you’re eating the real deal. (But with a lot more protein. 45 grams, to be precise.)

Blueberry Cottage Cheese Toast with Paleo Bread
A good quality paleo bread is usually loaded with fiber-rich ingredients like chia seeds and flax seeds, which is one of the reasons this 3 ingredient, ridiculously easy breakfast is so dang high in fiber (and protein). I like the brand Base Culture.

Raspberry Protein Smoothie
This smoothie sneaks in absolutely massive fiber-superstars like edible basil seeds (similar to chia seeds, but even higher in fiber) and frozen raspberries. The end result… a smoothie with 25 grams of fiber and 31 grams protein. If you haven’t eased into eating more fiber, I wouldn’t test this one out yet. But once you’ve accustomed your GI tract to higher levels of fiber, this is a truly amazing addition to your routine.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Bet you didn’t expect to see pancakes on this list? Every ingredient in this recipe was meticulously chosen to provide not only a ton of protein and fiber, but to also taste like a true treat. Your taste buds will be utterly confused by just how healthy this delicious breakfast is.

Chia Pudding with Raspberry Compote
This creamy, rich and slightly tangy breakfast comes packed with 33 grams protein and 15 grams of fiber, making sure you’re full all morning long. It’s also perfect for meal prep!

Raspberry Lemon High Protein Overnight Oats
This is a slightly tangy and sweet spin on my classic high protein overnight oats recipe. Perfect for the spring and summer when you’re craving something light, but filling.

Green Protein Smoothie with Pineapple and Lemon
A tropical take on high protein and high fiber! Light, refreshing, but still has 40 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber to keep you satisfied. And what’s easier to throw together than a smoothie?
