The trick is to find the right balance of fasting and feeding to maximize the benefits of both. And this years 4-week Spring Intermittent Fasting Challenge is focused on using the science-backed tools to help you see the gut health and fat loss benefits of Intermittent Fasting while also eating three full meals a day to support lean muscle and healthy hormones.
Starting Monday, April 13th we’re kicking off the Spring Intermittent Fasting Challenge. We’re targeting fat burning and protecting our muscles with realistic fasting schedules, tasty meals, weekly meal plans, and proven tips to de-bloat, burn fat, and feel energized. Not to mention all of the community support with over 23,000 members in our FREE private Facebook group.

How To Join
Joining is easy! Just grab the 7 Day Detox and 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Programs and you’re ready to hop in on the fun. Make sure you’re also subscribed to our weekly newsletter where I’ll be sharing some extra tips to help you get the most out of the challenge.

Once you have your programs (or if you already have the programs), you’re all set! There is not an official “sign up” for the challenge.
The challenge is broken up into two parts (both programs are included in the Spring Intermittent Fasting Bundle):
Week 1: Detox Week: During the first week, we’re following the 7 Day Detox. This helps to reduce sugar cravings and make it easier to shift into Intermittent Fasting.
Weeks 2-4: Intermittent Fasting: Once our body’s are prepped after detox week, we jump straight into the recipes, schedules, and tools in the 21 Day Intermittent Fasting Program. Here we’re honing in on gut health, metabolic flexibility, and continued fat loss progress.
