I am a busy mom of 2 who is always on the go. Having children did a number on my body. Not just weight, but my hormones too. I’ve always been active and know how to “eat clean.” It wasn’t until I discovered Autumn’s program, and learned the nerdy science behind the nutrient timing, that I really began to break past the plateau after my second baby and finally lose the weight.
