I am a 53 year old empty nester. I’ve spent the majority of my life taking care of others. I now have the time to do good for me! I’ve always been into wellness and work in healthcare. So the science behind this drew me in. Oh, and animals…especially horses. I love my dogs and horses!😊🤠💕

I have been following the 21 day fasting program.
What was your main wellness goal?
I wanted to clean up my eating. I can get a lot of gas and bloating after eating at times. I just wasn’t feeling the best about myself as well. I was looking to resolve that and to feel better over all.
Have you tried anything else in the past to achieve your goals?
Taking probiotics and diet changes. However, I’ve learned so much from your program as you explain the science! I love that! I found that I was not eating so healthy after all.
Did you have any hesitations before starting the Intermittent Fasting Program?
No, I was ready and interested in what this would do for me. The more I read and learned the more excited I got about trying it.
What has been your biggest wellness win with the Intermittent Fasting Program?
I’ve lost the bloating and gas issues! I have so much more energy and feel so much better over all.

I am happy to say I resolved my bloating and gas issues. I lost 8 pounds. I had a big change in how my clothes fit. I also have so much more energy. I was not hungry at all like I thought I would be. It was such a surprise to be eating more food than I normally would and drop weight. I feel awesome!
