36 year old mother of two; my son is 3 1/5 and my daughter just turned 1. I am a stay at home Mom so they keep me pretty busy most days and nights.

Did you try anything else in the past?

I have tried IF by itself before and I felt good but wasn’t seeing any real changes. At least not enough for me to continue to do it and really incorporate it long term.

Did you have any hesitations before starting the Intermittent Fasting Program?

I had put on weight before having kids and the baby weight came off just fine but the pre baby weight didn’t really budge…so yes definitely hesitant. Especially when you have been told your whole life that fats are the bad guy. And if you ever want to lose weight cheese has to go.

What has been your biggest wellness win with the Intermittent Fasting Program?

Not only did I lose 7 lbs I found my afternoon need to binge is gone. I do still get cravings here and there but it doesn’t take me over like it previously has.

What was your favorite recipe from the Intermittent Fasting Program?

Superfood (pan)cakes were a big hit in our house.

Did you have any “nutrition nerd” moments?

I really enjoyed all of your content. I have read and reread the 21 day IF guide and the information really stuck with me and made me feel like I had the knowledge to back up my why.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

I am just really grateful for this program and proud that I took the time and effort to make changes for myself. Weight loss is great but this is the first time I feel I have really stuck with a style of eating and feel that I can continue to use it daily. It isn’t a diet for me it is a complete change to my outlook and attitude towards eating.
