Hello, I’m a 52 year old mother of 2 and grandmother of 2. I’m a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer by profession and lover of all things that involve nature! Macro-Photography 📸 is a huge passion of mine. I love to get lost in the woods and Photograph things most would just walk right past and not even notice.

I was diagnosed at the age of 23 with rheumatoid arthritis, which inhibits my ability to always enjoy the things I love. It is tolerable, but most of the time unmanageable.Through the years I’ve noticed that certain foods/drinks would send me into a flare that would last what felt like a lifetime. One endless cycle of pain with loss of mobility, followed by insomnia and depression over and over again. After years of trying every Biologic Medication on the market, and exercise routine, I finally decided to turn to what I felt to be the root of it all. My eating habits.

I thought I was a healthy eater for the most part, but I just didn’t have the knowledge I needed to put it all together and make a difference. I saw a YouTube video of Autumn “Nerding out on nutrition” as she would put it, and I was hooked!! She is extremely knowledgeable and I’m the person that must know the”why” behind everything I’m doing from an expert in the field. Lol. I purchased the entire intermittent fasting bundle.

Not even a week into the program, my sleep improved, and my energy was through the roof!! The detox prior to the intermittent fasting decreased the chronic inflammation I’ve been experiencing for years and upon finishing the 21 day intermittent fasting challenge I am down 17 lbs, and feeling like me again! I can’t thank Autumn enough for sharing her wisdom and passion for nutrition with me! This is not a diet, but a positive lifestyle change with numerous benefits, and I am forever greatful!!

Which Intermittent Fasting Program did you follow?

I finished the 21 day intermittent fasting. I’ve made it a lifestyle and will continue with the level up guide. I’m not completely done with my transformation, as I have not got clearance to exercise. That should be this week. I’m excited to see the body transformation then! I’ll definitely follow up in a month! In the meantime the pics are before and my progress thus far.

Have you tried anything else in the past to achieve your goals?

Eating what I thought was healthy and exercising. Just didn’t have the knowledge of what nutrients the body needs. Yoga, weight training were my choice of exercising.

Did you have any hesitations before starting the Intermittent Fasting Program?

Just the fear of the unknown and hoping I wouldn’t have the urge for sweets.

What has been your biggest wellness win with the Intermittent Fasting Program?

Physical pain is gone. Getting a complete night’s rest. Energy! Knowing I’m giving my body what it needs to thrive.

What was your favorite recipe from the Intermittent Fasting Program?

My favorite meal is the healthy pancakes with homemade Whipping cream.
