I’m Leah. I work as a Registered Nurse. I love animals and nature, hiking, and traveling.

What was your main wellness goal with the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?
First of all, weight loss, but along with that came endocrine health, and improving my PCOS symptoms.
Did you have any hesitations before you got started?
My main hesitation with starting was the fact that I was working nightshift at the time. So It was difficult to constantly be shifting my eating window from daytime to night time. But I sat down at the beginning of each week and strategically scheduled each day according to my work schedule, and eventually found a method that worked for me.
What has been your biggest wellness win?
Definitely the weight loss. But a huge reduction in PCOS symptoms and the ability to stop some of my medications.
What has been your favorite recipe from the Complete Intermittent Fasting Bundle?
It’s really hard to say, but probably the LA street tacos!

Did you have a “nutrition nerd” moment?
Totally!! I LOVE learning the science behind it all. My family probably wishes I’d shut up about it sometimes.
Is there anything else you would like to share?
When I graduated from college, I was in the worst health I’d ever been in. That summer, I was diagnosed with PCOS, Chronic Migraine Syndrome, and Hashimotos Disease. I also had mild insulin resistance due to the PCOS. I was 23 years old at the time. When my doctor warned me that I may have to start medication for insulin resistance, I decided something had to change.
During one of my appointments, she randomly mentioned IF. I had heard of it, but didn’t know much about it. When I got home, I started researching IF, and eventually found AEN. It took a while for me to decide to purchase the bundle, because nothing in the past had worked for me, and I was sure this would be the same.
I considered trying to start from scratch on my own, but I was overwhelmed, and eventually decided I needed more guidance. So, my journey began. I LOVE learning the science behind it all, and in doing so, IF and wellness have now become a lifestyle for me, not just a quick weight loss strategy.
Today, I am no longer on prescription medications for migraines, or PCOS. My PCOS symptoms are minimal to non-existent, and my doctor was thrilled with the improvement in my lipid and thyroid panels, and my A1C.
