What was your main wellness goal with the Summer IF Challenge?
I wanted to balance my hormones, gain energy, and lose weight.

I was hesitant to purchase yet another program, but I had been watching your YouTube videos and trusted that I was finally getting real and good information .
Have you tried anything else in the past?
So many diets, pills, appetite suppressants, meal replacement shakes, etc. 10 years worth!
What was your biggest wellness win?
My ability to cope with stress and mental health disorders has improved greatly. I also have so much energy I don’t know what to do with it all!
What was your favorite meal?
The Moroccan detox bake 🙌🏽
Did you have a “Nutrition Nerd”moment?
I love the nutrition nerd moments because it is all so fascinating and makes so much sense. I was already thinking about becoming a nutritionist or dietitian and it has helped me understand it further and makes me excited to learn more!
Is there anything else you would like to share?
I truly feel great and I can feel that my body is healing and starting to work how it’s supposed to. No more calorie restriction and constant hunger. I understand the importance of sustainability as it pertains to diet and exercise. I don’t obsess or punish myself for eating something indulgent or skipping a workout. I’m happy that I will be able to teach my son how to nourish himself and care for his body and mind.
