Tell us about yourself!
I’m currently 54 years old. I’m married with two adult children. We all live in the Midwest. We own a construction business (Family business), live in a city but also own a farm. I love the outdoors and sports. I graduated high school at 129 lbs, I was athletic and very active. That changed over time and I wasn’t happy with myself.

What was your main wellness goal with the Complete IF Bundle?
I wanted to lose weight and change my lifestyle. My goal was 40 lbs by July 25, 2020 and a total of 70 lbs by the end of 2020. On July 17, 2020 I was down 71 lbs.
Did you have any hesitations before starting the Complete IF Bundle?
I did. I debated ordering it for a bit. I was reluctant because it seemed geared towards women more than men. I couldn’t find another program though that laid it out like she did. I was binge watching her video’s and went ahead and bought the program.
Did you try anything in the past before the Complete IF Bundle?
I tried it on my own but struggled without structure. I make my living by following blueprints and specification manuals. I needed a program with structure to follow. I’m pretty anal about following plans and schedules. That is what I loved about Autumn’s plan.
What’s the biggest wellness win you’ve experienced?
I know I look better. Surprised by the number of people that tell me I look much younger. More confident, I’m getting some of my old swagger back. Sleep better, feel better.
What was your favorite meal from the Bundle?
1) Peanut Asian Zoodles, 2) Spanish meatballs and spaghetti squash, 3) pumpkin chilli, 4) turmeric pineapple smoothie (outstanding)…..the rest is a blur
Anything else you would like to share?
The food is really good. I’m not picky but I am pretty skeptical of food that I’m not used to. There are some really delicious recipes in the program.
