Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl until the batter forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2 Tbsp. sized cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before eating.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
