Vanilla Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Pineapple, greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder are blended with coconut and hemp seeds for a creamy, healthy breakfast.

As the self-proclaimed smoothie queen, I’m constantly working on new blended creations.

During the summer months, I love everything pineapple, so it’s only fitting that today’s smoothie uses this fruit as the base!

Tropical vibes meets creamy vanilla goodness in this protein smoothie.

Storing and Meal Prep

Blend this smoothie the night before and store in a sealed glass container in the fridge. When you’re ready to drink it, just give the smoothie a quick shake!

Vanilla Pineapple Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep Time 5 minutes
Tropical vibes meets creamy vanilla shake!

Ingredients
 

  • 10 ounces unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, not a can
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with unsweetened toasted coconut flakes.
