Lemon Blueberry Pie Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep Time 5 minutes
Bright, satisfying and refreshing!

Ingredients
 

Smoothie

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Optional Topping

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional to top with coconut flakes.
