This zero sugar Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail recipe is perfect for a hot summers day while working toward a weight loss or wellness goal.
With 4th of July around the corner, you might have started pinterest searching for some yummy mocktail recipes to whip up next week. But as you might have noticed, nearly all mocktail recipes are LOADED with sugar ~ simple syrup, sodas and fruit juice.
So if you’re trying to cut back on alcohol to help support your weight loss or wellness goals, these sugary concoctions aren’t really going to be much better (and arguably worse).
So today, I’m sharing a super simple and hydrating Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail recipe that I recently tested out from LMNT. This recipe was developed by LMNT and is a perfect way to get your electrolytes on a hot summers day while also sipping on a fun, zero sugar drink.
